The Padrón Council (here in after referred to as the Ayuntamiento de Padrón), through the web portals https://www.turismodepadron.gal and https://www.xardinbotanico.padronturismo.gal, provides information of general interest about Tourism and the Botanical Gardens in Padrón, in particular, information  and management of municipal events. The information provide disvalid at the time of publication.

The Ayuntamiento de Padrón endeavours to provide accurate and precise information that is updated as quickly as possible attempting to avoid errors and correctingthem as soon as they are detected.  However, the Ayuntamiento de Padrón can not guarantee there are no errors contained within its web page or that the content is permanently up to date.

The Ayuntamiento de Padrón have a profile on the main online social media platforms and act as the Data Controller for all followers, fans, subscribers, commentors and other user profiles (here in after referred to as followers).

Data obtained by the Ayuntamiento de Padrón from these social media platforms will be used strictly in accordance to the permissions granted by the social media companies.  We will inform the followers about our activities by whatever means the social media companies allow.

Under no circumstances, will we extract data from social networks without the specific and express consent of the user.
